Stuart W. Scarff, Founding Partner
Stuart founded Scarff Law Firm, PLLC, in Mercer Island in 1995 after practicing law in Seattle for eight years. Under his direction, the firm has developed an approach that uses teamwork, communication, and creative problem-solving. Stuart has developed a strong reputation as a lawyer with the ability to take a big-picture approach to his clients’ legal needs — effectively helping to identify the potential cascading effects of legal decisions.
Joseph N. Pew, V, Partner
Joe worked as a prosecutor in Saint Paul, Minnesota prior to moving to Washington with his family in 2011. Before joining Scarff Law Firm, PLLC in 2012, Joe served as a contract attorney for the Seattle Mariners.
